Misty Mountains quilt pattern uses big cuts of fabric and a bold geometric piecing for maximum effect. Misty Mountains was inspired by mountain ranges and how the mountains further away will look lighter in color than the nearer ones due to the cloud cover and snow. Therefore it works well with 6 shades of the same color family, or go bold with 6 completely different colors!

The quilt pattern comes with instructions for 3 sizes – wall hanging (24″), baby (36″) and throw (60″). Although written as a square pattern, it comes with bonus instructions for turning it into a rectangular quilt. Beginner friendly, with LOTS of easy-to-follow diagrams, and best of all, it is fast!
